Overview
OneTrust is hiring a Senior UX Designer to enhance the usability and digital experience of its platform and mentor junior designers. The role involves end‑to‑end design work, UX metrics analysis, and advocating best practices across the organization.
Experience

Responsibilities
- Create deliverables for the full design process, including information architecture, interface and interaction design, and low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Identify, collect, and analyze UX metrics from web data, customer support, and other sources to inform design decisions
- Define, promote, and maintain UX best‑practice standards and reusable templates
- Serve as a UX advocate and mentor, guiding junior designers and fostering collaboration across teams
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, and data privacy experts, to ensure consistent and effective user experiences
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Design, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in the full product design process, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work
- Experience with enterprise product design, web‑based applications, and familiarity with data privacy or security domains
