- Lead design of new products, interfaces, and user experiences across multiple platforms
- Utilize user behavior insights and feedback to iteratively refine designs
- Articulate UX strategy through storytelling to align the broader team
- Mentor and support the design team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user flows, UI mockups, and prototypes
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in product, interaction, and visual design
- 6-9 years of experience as a Product Designer/Staff Product Designer, leading complex projects under tight timelines
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design or equivalent
