Overview
Joko is seeking a Product Designer to lead UX/UI design across its suite of consumer shopping products, shaping design standards and user experience. The role is remote‑friendly and works closely with the CEO, product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- Design world‑class products for mobile app, web app, desktop and Safari extensions, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Own the full product development cycle from discovery and user research to delivery alongside product and engineering teams.
- Scale and refine the existing design system, implementing best‑in‑class design practices across all offerings.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to evolve brand identity and ensure product touchpoints align with it.
- Provide leadership and autonomy in design decisions while communicating challenges and mentoring peers.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably on mobile and consumer products.
- Strong UI/UX design skills across mobile and desktop platforms, with experience building scalable design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, lead design initiatives, and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
