Responsibilities
- Own the full design process from research and IA to wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
- Design and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Translate business goals and user needs into polished, usable interfaces
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ship designs and iterate based on feedback
- Advocate for user experience and raise design quality across the team
