Overview

The Product Manager, Infrastructure Platforms leads product innovation, strategy, and end‑to‑end lifecycle for JPMorgan Chase, acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring scalable, resilient solutions. The role collaborates cross‑functionally to launch, measure, and continuously improve high‑quality products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Lead discovery, research, and backlog management to keep delivery teams 2–3 sprints ahead.
• Partner with engineering and UX to translate requirements into testable, shippable increments and ensure release readiness.
• Champion user‑centric design, monitor key success metrics, and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Assess market trends and AI opportunities, incorporating AI capabilities into product offerings.

Eligibility

• Product management expertise in infrastructure platforms or financial services
• 12+ years of product management experience, including work in matrixed organizations and with APIs, data platforms, and AI integration
