Job Description
Overview
The role is for a Manager, Product Management leading Mastercard's Data and AI Platform, responsible for shaping strategy, road‑mapping and delivering cloud‑native data solutions. You will own the product lifecycle and work cross‑functionally with engineering, security, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Data and AI platform aligned with business objectives
- Lead product development from ideation to launch, driving innovation and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering teams, participating in technical discussions and requirement workshops
- Use data‑driven insights to prioritize features, optimize adoption and revenue, and address performance challenges
- Partner with security, compliance, legal and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet Mastercard standards
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in data platforms, SaaS and AI/ML solutions
- Experience designing multi‑tenant cloud data platforms, hands‑on with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and AI/ML tools like Databricks or Snowflake
- Proven track record as a Product Owner in Agile environments with strong backlog management
