UI/UX Designer

Overview

The UI/UX Designer at Kapiva will craft user‑centric, visually compelling interfaces for the company’s website, app, and other consumer touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, conducting user research, and delivering designs from concept through engineering hand‑off.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define user flows based on business and user requirements
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to generate actionable design insights
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and animations to effectively communicate design concepts
• Present and iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining style guidelines and design standards
• Execute the full design lifecycle from concept to final hand‑off and partner with engineering to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation

Eligibility

• 2-4 years experience in UI/UX, product design, HCI or interaction design
• Experience designing consumer‑facing digital products
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
