Senior UX/CX Designer,

Overview

Optum seeks a senior UX Designer to lead end‑to‑end design of complex digital health products, collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver user‑centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of complex product initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Facilitate discovery activities such as workshops, journey mapping, and concept exploration
• Create and communicate design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes and design presentations
• Champion accessibility, inclusive design and contribute to the design system and best practices
• Mentor other designers and partner with engineering to ensure high‑quality implementation

Eligibility

• Expertise in user experience and interaction design for web and mobile enterprise products
• 7+ years of experience designing digital products, with portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design leadership
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
