Senior UX/UI Designer

Overview

Senior UX Designer will lead end‑to‑end user experience for Inovalon's core enterprise platform, addressing complex, data‑dense B2B SaaS workflows and ensuring accessibility and design system consistency. The role involves UX architecture, cross‑functional collaboration, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the full UX lifecycle from discovery and domain modeling to wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and engineering delivery
• Design intuitive workflows for data‑dense, multi‑role B2B/SaaS systems
• Integrate WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices throughout the process
• Contribute to and expand enterprise design systems and component libraries
• Partner with product, engineering, and domain experts to align design strategy with product vision

Eligibility

• 5-8+ years of UX experience in complex enterprise or B2B SaaS products
• Deep expertise in information architecture, interaction mechanics, and accessibility (WCAG)
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
