Sr Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer at Cohere Health, designing end-to-end experiences for complex enterprise healthcare workflows. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and leverages AI-powered design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, from problem framing to polished delivery.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams and operations throughout discovery and delivery.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping and collaboration.

Eligibility

• Expertise in enterprise digital product design, preferably healthcare.
• 5+ years of software product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors or equivalent experience.
