Overview
Senior UX Designer will lead design of enterprise, data‑intensive and AI‑enabled digital products, partnering with product, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver user‑centered solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead UX initiatives and create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design specifications for complex enterprise platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and translate findings into design solutions.
- Drive information architecture, navigation models, and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle and mentor junior designers.
- Develop executive‑level presentations and storytelling artifacts to communicate design strategy and product vision.
Eligibility
- UX/Interaction design expertise in enterprise or financial services software.
- 6+ years of professional experience delivering end‑to‑end digital products.
