Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery through rollout
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform wireframes, prototypes, user flows and high‑fidelity designs
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and client stakeholders to align designs with business objectives
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to foster professional growth

Eligibility

• Expertise in UI/UX design for B2B or enterprise products, preferably HealthTech
• 6‑8 years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or related field
