Overview

The Product Manager for Personal Loans will drive product strategy from ideation through release, ensuring a user‑focused approach and continuous improvement. The role collaborates across sales, marketing, risk, tech and other functions to deliver market‑competitive loan solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis, user discussions and stay updated with market trends
• Gather and analyze user feedback through usability testing to maintain strong user focus
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, tech) to define and prioritize product features
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to release and iterate based on feedback
• Use data analytics to measure business performance, track project progress and ensure timely delivery

Eligibility

• BFSI/Fintech domain expertise
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Full‑time MBA degree
