Overview

The Assistant Vice President – Product Manager will lead Cash Management product strategy, lifecycle and revenue growth across corporate, SME and multinational segments within Global Transaction Services. The role collaborates with sales, technology, operations and compliance to drive digital adoption and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and portfolio growth for cash management solutions including collections, payments, virtual accounts and liquidity services.
• Identify market opportunities and develop innovative transaction banking products based on client needs and industry trends.
• Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle covering design, pricing, launches, enhancements and rationalisation.
• Partner with sales, relationship managers and coverage teams to increase product penetration, customer acquisition and fee income.
• Monitor product profitability, volume, utilization and regulatory compliance while advancing digitisation and API initiatives.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in Transaction Banking, Cash Management or Payments
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in product management, corporate banking or related fields
• MBA/PGDBM preferred; graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline
