Overview

The Assistant Vice President – Product Manager will lead the strategy, development and lifecycle management of cash management solutions for corporate, SME and multinational clients, driving revenue growth and digital adoption. The role collaborates with sales, technology, operations and compliance to deliver innovative transaction banking products.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, commercialization and portfolio growth for cash management offerings such as collections, payments, virtual accounts and liquidity solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle including design, pricing, launch, enhancements and rationalisation.
• Partner with sales, relationship managers and coverage teams to increase product penetration, client acquisition and fee income.
• Monitor profitability, volumes, utilization and revenue performance against targets and ensure regulatory and risk compliance.
• Lead digitisation initiatives, API banking and host‑to‑host connectivity projects to improve client experience.

Eligibility

• Transaction Banking / Cash Management domain expertise
• 8-12 years of experience in product management, corporate banking or payments
• MBA/PGDBM preferred; graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics or Engineering
