Associate Product Manager (Hotels)

Overview

The Associate Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for the Domestic Hotels portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmap and launches to improve acquisition, conversion and retention. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven, customer‑first experiences across frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy for Domestic Hotels aligned with growth, revenue and customer experience goals
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from roadmap to feature launches and post‑launch optimization
• Design and optimize scalable product systems to improve funnel efficiency, conversion, retention and post‑sales experience
• Collaborate with Revenue, Category, Supply, Design and Technology teams to deliver cohesive product solutions
• Leverage data, experimentation and analytics to track KPIs, iterate on the roadmap and drive growth

Eligibility

• Product management expertise in consumer‑facing, technology‑enabled B2C ecommerce
• 2‑4 years of product management experience with strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Engineering or Management graduate from a reputed institute
