Overview
Product Manager for myBiz Post Sales at MakeMyTrip, leading AI‑powered Voice Bot initiatives to automate post‑booking services for corporate travelers. Responsible for roadmap, evaluation frameworks, and reducing agent handoffs.
Experience
1-3 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own AI‑powered Voice Bot roadmap and build scalable conversational experiences
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and KPI‑driven roadmap for automation and deflection
- Build and operationalize evaluation frameworks (Evals) to measure and improve bot quality
- Measure and reduce agent handoff rates while expanding use cases and improving frustration scores
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (tech, design, AI/ML, support) to launch and iterate product releases
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in product management for consumer‑facing technology or AI solutions
- 1‑3 years experience in a technology‑enabled product environment; exposure to AI/ML, conversational AI or automation preferred
- Management graduate from a reputed institute
