Overview
Product Manager responsible for overseeing WorldStrides' payments platform and data platform, driving the migration to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI while delivering measurable outcomes for finance and internal data consumers.
Salary
$120,000 USD - $135,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and delivery for payments and data platforms
- Lead Microsoft Fabric migration and define incremental Power BI value
- Conduct discovery, design experiments, and track outcome‑driven metrics
- Partner with cross‑functional pods including engineering, design, finance, and compliance
- Drive key performance metrics such as payment success, chargeback rate, data quality and self‑service adoption
Eligibility
- 5+ years product management experience, ideally in payments/fintech or data/analytics platforms
- Strong quantitative skills with SQL/spreadsheet fluency and Power BI proficiency
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
