AVP – Product Management

Overview

The AVP – Product Management will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Intellipaat’s learning platforms, driving product strategy, development, launch and continuous optimization. The role requires hands‑on execution, cross‑functional leadership and a strong focus on customer experience in the EdTech/SaaS domain.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes based on business challenges and customer needs.
• Gather requirements and create detailed PRDs, user journeys, and functional specifications while collaborating with UI/UX designers.
• Lead cross‑functional development teams through sprint planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Own testing, UAT, deployment and post‑launch quality assurance to resolve defects and ensure seamless launches.
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to drive continuous optimization and introduce innovative features such as AI and personalization.

Eligibility

• 5–8 years of product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership
• Domain expertise in EdTech, LMS, SaaS or consumer technology
