Overview

The Owner role at BNY in Pune drives end‑to‑end ownership of critical business initiatives, aligning strategy with execution across cross‑functional teams. The position focuses on performance analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes for the global financial services platform.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic objectives and align stakeholders for critical business initiatives.
• Analyze business performance, financial metrics, and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (operations, technology, risk, finance) to implement improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present business cases, status updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members, foster inclusive collaboration, and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Eligibility

• Expertise in financial services, banking or capital markets.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, performance management, stakeholder management and process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field; MBA or professional certifications are a plus.
