Lead Product Manager (GCC)

Overview

Lead Product Management role at MakeMyTrip in Gurugram, driving product vision, roadmap and launch for the GCC region's flight and accommodation offerings. Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision and strategy, leading roadmap planning and feature launches.
• Shape customer experience for travelers and accommodation partners across frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Category, Supply, technology, design and QA teams to deliver products.
• Use data analysis to identify user problems, set product KPIs and monitor performance post‑launch.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and continuous iteration to improve product offerings.

Eligibility

• MBA from a reputed institute
• 6-10 years of product management experience in a consumer‑facing, technology‑enabled business
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SQL) and familiarity with Google Analytics
