Senior UX Designer

Overview

Senior User Experience Designer at MakeMyTrip in Bangalore, responsible for designing intuitive travel experiences across multiple product lines. The role involves end-to-end UX design, cross‑functional collaboration, and leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design smooth, intuitive travel experiences across lines of business such as Flights, Hotels, Holidays, Cabs, Buses, and Trains.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, business teams, and analytics partners on the travel app.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction design ideas.
• Use insights from research, data, user feedback, and experiments to improve usability, conversion, trust, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to Cosmos, the design system, by creating scalable patterns and maintaining consistency across products and platforms.

Eligibility

• UX/Interaction/Experience design expertise with 4-6 years in consumer internet, travel, e-commerce, fintech, mobility or marketplace products
• Proficiency in end-to-end UX design, Figma, AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor) and a strong portfolio demonstrating impact
