Senior Product Manager

Overview

The role is a product leadership position responsible for owning a core crypto‑forensics or transaction‑monitoring product, shaping its roadmap and vision, and working cross‑functionally to deliver solutions. You will collaborate with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to drive product success in the blockchain space.

Responsibilities

• Own a core product (crypto‑forensics or crypto transaction monitoring) and define its roadmap and vision
• Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to launch easy‑to‑use solutions
• Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and evolve the product based on feedback
• Serve as the central liaison connecting sales, marketing, and engineering teams for cross‑collaboration
• Drive product discovery, prioritize features, and focus on metrics such as NPS, acquisition, retention, and activation

Eligibility

• Minimum 4+ years of product development experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS
• Experience with fast‑paced product tracks in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space
• Strong user empathy, prioritization skills, and focus on business metrics and customer satisfaction
