Overview
Senior Product Manager for a Loan Management System, responsible for shaping product strategy and translating business and compliance needs into system requirements. Acts as a bridge between engineering, finance, compliance, and operations to deliver robust loan servicing solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and own the product roadmap for the LMS, prioritizing features across stakeholders.
- Define functional specifications for loan servicing lifecycle, including EMI calculations, restructuring, and NPA handling.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement and validate complex LMS calculations and edge cases.
- Translate RBI and audit requirements into system and reporting capabilities.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL to inform product decisions and measure impact.
Eligibility
- Fintech / Lending / Core Banking domain expertise
- 6-10 years of product management experience with exposure to LMS or core banking platforms, co‑lending models preferred
