Monks is seeking a remote UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and mobile, handling the full design process from research to high‑fidelity UI. The role involves collaboration with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver user‑centered solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Create user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity designs
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and style guides in Figma
- Collaborate with developers, product teams and stakeholders to ensure feasible, accessible implementations
- Present design concepts, articulate rationale and manage multiple projects while meeting timelines
Eligibility
- UX/UI or digital product design expertise
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio
