UX Designer - C3 - CXP

Overview

Valtech is seeking a UX Designer to lead end‑to‑end user experience work, from discovery through validation, for digital products. The role involves collaborating with clients, product owners and development teams to create user‑centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX activities across projects, from discovery and problem definition to final experience design
• Conduct user research, workshops, journey mapping, personas and usability testing
• Define information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interaction models
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure UX intent is delivered
• Contribute to design systems, UX standards and continuously improve solutions based on feedback

Eligibility

• 5–8 years of professional UX design experience
• Strong understanding of human‑centred design, UX methodologies and ability to drive UX work independently
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
