Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver thoughtful design solutions.
- Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates, especially translating AI model capabilities into intuitive interactions.
- Execute design strategy for assigned workstreams, ensuring consistency across scalable, agentic user experiences.
- Define feedback mechanisms and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns to maintain agent control in high‑stakes decisions.
Eligibility
- Interaction design / UX design expertise
- 4+ years of interaction design experience with portfolio link
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
