Lead Product Designer

Overview

Product Designer role at Mindtickle focusing on AI-powered content platform, responsible for end‑to‑end design of user experiences for enablement admins and sellers. The role combines strategy, research, and hands‑on design execution.

Responsibilities

• Define user experience and create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for the content platform
• Conduct user research, analyze data and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
• Design scalable AI‑enhanced enterprise‑grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS
• Create and maintain design frameworks, patterns and systems across feature areas
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and mentor junior designers

Eligibility

• Product design expertise in B2B SaaS and AI products
• 6-8 years of relevant product design experience with a strong portfolio
