Overview
The Staff UX Designer will lead cross‑product UX initiatives for Fortanix's enterprise cybersecurity platform, creating intuitive, scalable, and consistent experiences. This senior role combines hands‑on design, strategic leadership, and mentorship of the design team.

Responsibilities
- Own complex UX projects from concept through implementation across multiple Fortanix products
- Establish and maintain design systems, interaction patterns, and UX best practices
- Provide design leadership, mentorship, and professional development for designers
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to align design priorities
- Identify and improve design processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
Eligibility
- Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS UX design, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure
- 10+ years of professional UX/product design experience with 4+ years of leadership/management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, UX Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
