Whatfix is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead AI‑native design for its Digital Adoption Platform, owning end‑to‑end design across web, mobile and desktop. The role requires shaping vision, conducting research, and shipping AI‑powered features.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design of DAP guidance creation, distribution and management across web, mobile and desktop.
- Lead the product domain from discovery through delivery, including research, ideation, prototyping, specification and handoff.
- Define and maintain design quality, interaction models, usability standards and consistency with the broader design system.
- Design AI‑powered features by inventing new interaction patterns and actively using AI tools in the workflow.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, run real‑world experiments, synthesize findings and mentor junior designers.
Eligibility
- 4+ years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise software (senior level).
- Portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex problem spaces from research to shipped product.
- Active use of AI tools in design workflow (e.g., building POCs, using LLMs, working across Figma and code).
