The Principal UX Designer will lead end‑to‑end design for high‑impact product areas at Aviatrix, shaping user experiences across its cloud networking security platform. This senior individual contributor role mentors designers, drives design systems, and collaborates cross‑functionally to deliver cohesive solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead design execution end‑to‑end for a significant, high‑impact product area
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and build consensus
- Define and own UX models and experience transitions, ensuring connectivity with adjacent experiences
- Identify and champion new design system patterns and component creation
- Plan, execute, and analyze research studies while mentoring other designers
Eligibility
- Product design / UX expertise, especially in enterprise or cloud networking contexts
- 10+ years of experience with ownership of end‑to‑end product areas and design system contributions
- Advanced degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
