Product Designer

Overview

Atomicwork seeks a product designer to own end‑to‑end design of AI‑driven service‑desk experiences for modern IT teams, turning concepts into production‑ready UI. The role blends visual craft, rapid prototyping, and hands‑on UI implementation without managing people.

Responsibilities

• Design trustworthy agent experiences that explain AI actions, confidence, handoffs, and undo options.
• Create dense, operational screens (queues, request details, approvals, workflows) that remain legible at scale.
• Develop and maintain the design system in Figma and code alongside the frontend team.
• Build prototypes wired to real models and data, test with customers, and iterate based on feedback.
• Submit UI polish, interaction, and bug‑fix pull requests and address post‑launch quality issues.

Eligibility

• 4–7 years designing B2B SaaS software products, with shipped work as primary evidence.
• Strong visual and interaction craft plus ability to write solid HTML/CSS and navigate a React codebase.
• Experience using AI‑assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and understanding LLM behavior in UI.
