Overview
We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead end‑to‑end design for our enterprise travel platform, translating complex B2B workflows into intuitive UI and collaborating with global engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead design process for enterprise workstreams, including AI, from concept to developer‑ready documentation
- Simplify complex business requirements and dense data into clear B2B interfaces
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across web and mobile
- Communicate design rationale and narratives to stakeholders and partner with engineers for accurate implementation
- Use research and product analytics to inform decisions and collaborate with UXR and content partners
Eligibility
- 7-9 years of product design experience in B2B, SaaS or complex technical systems
- Proven track record of shipping B2B or B2B2C products
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto‑layout and components
- Ability to work remotely with asynchronous communication across global teams
