Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, high-fidelity design solutions that transform how people work globally
• Lead user experience work from research and concept through final delivery
• Champion design decisions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and maintain design system consistency
• Mentor and coach junior designers to grow leadership and design skills
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product management throughout the product lifecycle

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product or UX design experience
• Experience integrating AI tools or workflows into design solutions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, human-centered design outcomes
• Proficiency with design tools and high-fidelity prototyping
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trusting relationships
