Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape next‑generation experiences for the Max Platform, a complex industrial software suite used across customer‑facing and operational tools. The role blends UX/UI, interaction design, and AI‑assisted workflows to drive adoption and business outcomes.
Experience
5-10 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own UX, UI, and interaction design for key Max Platform experiences and create production‑ready specifications
- Design complex customer‑facing and administrative workflows, including onboarding, permission management, and data configuration
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, reusable, and align with platform architecture
- Define and maintain reusable design patterns and a practical design system for navigation, dashboards, and cross‑application experiences
- Leverage AI‑enabled research and prototyping tools, user feedback, and analytics to iterate and improve platform workflows
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise/industrial software, or IIoT platforms
- 5–10 years of senior product design experience with complex workflow and AI‑integrated solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science or related field
