Senior UI/UX Developer - CP&O

Overview

The Senior UI/UX Developer will lead the design of intuitive, responsive digital experiences for Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and enterprise solutions, driving user adoption and business value. The role collaborates with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to create cohesive, accessible, and visually compelling products.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and enterprise digital solutions
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive design concepts
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to improve experience and adoption
• Develop and maintain enterprise design systems, UI component libraries, and reusable design patterns
• Collaborate with development and stakeholder teams to ensure accurate implementation and champion accessibility, usability, and design consistency

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design and development experience for enterprise applications or analytics platforms
• Proven experience with Power Platform (Power BI dashboards and Power Apps)
