User Experience Designer

Overview

The User Experience Designer will analyze target user needs and tasks to create optimized experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting research. They will produce wireframes, prototypes, and facilitate user testing to refine designs.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and become a subject-matter expert
• Participate actively in team discussions and provide problem-solving solutions
• Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows as part of iterative design processes

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in User Experience (UX) Design
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• 15 years of full-time education required
