The Staff/Lead Product Designer will set the long‑term vision for Nykaa’s B2C digital products, own end‑to‑end design execution and mentor a team of designers. The role combines strategic thinking, hands‑on design, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver delightful shopping experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead product design vision and own product experiences from concept to launch.
- Define design direction and ensure consistent, user‑focused experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and other teams to influence decisions and improve the overall customer experience.
- Mentor and grow design team members, set design standards, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay on top of design trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and elevate design practice.
Eligibility
- Product design expertise for B2C platforms, preferably in beauty/e‑commerce
- 7+ years of experience designing user experiences for B2C products
