The Senior Product Designer at Onit will lead the creation of intuitive, user‑centered experiences for AI‑driven legal tech SaaS products, owning end‑to‑end design from discovery through execution.

Responsibilities
- Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams without silos
- Support and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and quality
- Design AI‑native and automation‑driven experiences and prototype quickly
- Communicate design rationale and contribute to design processes, tools, and standards
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in SaaS/enterprise legal technology and AI
- 5–8+ years designing complex SaaS or enterprise products, including data‑dense UIs and design systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience
