Product Manager

Overview

The role leads product strategy and lifecycle for Optum, defining long and short term product portfolios, driving market research, and overseeing cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑enabled health solutions. It reports to senior leadership and collaborates with sales, marketing, and implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long and short term product/portfolio strategies and manage the full product lifecycle with financial oversight
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Client Implementation to prioritize opportunities and conduct market research
• Communicate product strategy, vision, roadmap and performance to senior leadership and ensure accurate reporting
• Lead product managers and product owners to break down initiatives into groomed user stories for agile sprints
• Ensure compliance with company policies, flexible work arrangements and maintain cross‑functional collaboration

Eligibility

• Degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years total experience with at least 5 years in Product Management
• Experience with Agile methodologies and AI integration
