Product Manager - Electromechanical/ Mechatronics

Overview

The role leads the Electromechanical product portfolio, overseeing its lifecycle, market strategy, and growth opportunities across geared motors, gear units, and related technologies. It combines product management, market analysis, and customer engagement to drive portfolio competitiveness and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete Electromechanical portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Identify gaps and growth opportunities, and develop migration strategies for legacy to next‑gen solutions.
• Conduct market, competitive, and VoC analyses to build business cases and drive portfolio optimization, localization, and standardization.
• Translate global product roadmaps into regional growth strategies and support product launches and customer adoption programs.
• Equip sales teams with product knowledge and insights to accelerate market adoption and improve profitability.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Electromechanical products, geared motors, gearboxes, and mechanical power transmission.
• 8-10 years of experience in product management, application engineering, technical sales, or industrial automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, ENTC or related engineering discipline.
