Senior Product Manager at PhonePe responsible for owning and driving the roadmap for platform and user‑centric products, collaborating with cross‑functional pods and stakeholders to deliver impact at scale.

Responsibilities
- Identify large problem statements and break them into platform‑level component designs
- Scope and phase product building beyond standard use cases
- Translate pod and product strategy into an annual roadmap with measurable objectives
- Drive annual and quarterly planning, execution cadences, and alignment across pods
- Act as thought leader, evangelize product goals, engage stakeholders with data, and participate in PM hiring
Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience in product or platform building and development
- Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and scalable data modeling skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering, business, or related field
