UI/UX Designer

Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 3–5+ years of experience to create intuitive, responsive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role involves using Figma to build design systems, ensure accessibility, and collaborate closely with product and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain standardized design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
• Ensure designs comply with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and adapt across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to ensure accurate implementation and conduct UI quality reviews.

Eligibility

• 3–5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and responsive design principles
• Preferred experience designing healthcare or regulated digital applications
