Senior Product Manager

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products while leading cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions. This role partners with engineering, design, sales and customer success to ensure products meet business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, business) to deliver high‑quality digital products
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and incorporate customer feedback to guide decisions
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, collaborating with engineering to refine requirements
• Drive product adoption through collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success and analyze performance for continuous improvement

Eligibility

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering digital products
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with cross‑functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
