Overview

The Senior Product Manager will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products at Publicis Sapient, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions. The role requires strong product management expertise, agile experience, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Lead engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality digital products
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to guide decisions
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely, in‑scope delivery
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive product adoption and go‑to‑market strategies

Eligibility

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering successful digital products
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and cross‑functional team collaboration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
