Director Product Management - Source-to-Pay

Overview

Senior product leader responsible for defining and executing the Procure-to-Pay and Supplier Relationship Management product strategy for manufacturers, driving end‑to‑end workflow vision and AI‑enabled decisioning, and collaborating across engineering, AI, sales, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and commercial positioning for Procure-to-Pay, SRM, supplier collaboration, and AI agents.
• Own end‑to‑end source‑to‑pay workflow management, creating requirements, workflow maps, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and build AI agent and decision service capabilities to automate procurement tasks and support decision making.
• Engage with manufacturing customers and market research to shape roadmap priorities and improve adoption.
• Partner with engineering, platform, sales, services, and leadership to ensure alignment, scalability, and executive visibility.

Eligibility

• 8+ years product management experience in enterprise software
• 4+ years experience in procurement, source‑to‑pay, SRM, or related enterprise workflows
• Experience with AI product development lifecycle (AI PDLC)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
