Senior Product Manager

Overview

The role leads the full product lifecycle for QAD's Copilot, Search, and Conversational Analytics capabilities, shaping vision, defining technical contracts, and driving market adoption. It reports to the Head of Platform Product and works closely with engineering and GTM teams to deliver AI‑powered solutions for manufacturing users.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, architecture, and contracts for Copilot, Search and Conversational Analytics
• Own the intelligence layer—including query understanding, context assembly, grounding, and response generation—ensuring enterprise‑scale quality
• Drive discovery, backlog creation, and specification to Staff Engineer fidelity for engineering delivery
• Partner with GTM to craft launch, positioning, enablement and adoption strategies for manufacturing buyers
• Establish quality frameworks and metrics (retrieval relevance, grounding rate, latency) to guide roadmap decisions

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in AI‑powered product management, semantic search and conversational analytics
• 7–12 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B, preferably with AI, search or analytics products
