Staff/Director – AI HW Product Management

Overview

Qualcomm India is hiring a Product Manager to lead AI hardware technology development, covering DSP, NPU, and new memory architectures, and to drive the company's technology roadmaps and market adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify market gaps and guide product design through complex analysis of market, customer, and technology demands.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to develop business cases, product definitions, and roadmaps for AI hardware products.
• Market and launch AI hardware solutions, delivering technical presentations at conferences and to customers.
• Translate customer feedback and ecosystem trends into roadmap updates and communicate with senior leadership.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product development, ensuring KPI, cost, performance, and schedule targets are met.

Eligibility

• Strong background in processor architecture/microarchitecture, especially DSP, NPU, and TPU.
• Experience with memory architectures (HBM, PIM, WoW) and SoC definition/execution.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience (10+ years preferred) in a large matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven customer‑facing and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
