Overview
As an AI Product Manager in Razorpay's Central AI team, you will identify high‑impact AI opportunities, prototype and build AI‑native products, and drive their adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high‑impact AI problems across Razorpay and define end‑to‑end product solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and build AI agents, workflows, and tools using platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, and n8n.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, ops, risk, compliance, and legal to ship production‑ready AI features.
- Measure and drive adoption outcomes, including time saved, quality improvements, revenue, and cost impact.
- Create reusable AI capabilities and frameworks that can be scaled across the company.
Eligibility
- Product management experience (2+ years) in building AI‑enabled products
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompting, agents, tool‑calling, RAG, and API integrations
- Technical proficiency in reading/writing code and debugging; no specific degree required
