Product Project Manager

Overview

The Product Project Manager will lead delivery of multi‑product digital platforms within a capital markets ecosystem, overseeing middleware, APIs, web, mobile and back‑office systems. The role requires deep knowledge of trading workflows, technical fluency, and disciplined execution governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of features across middleware, APIs, web, mobile and back‑office systems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Backend (Golang), Frontend (React), Mobile (Flutter), QA, DevOps and Infrastructure.
• Manage integrations with stock exchanges, clearing corporations and depositories, and conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes.
• Define release strategy, dependency mapping, rollback planning and enforce API versioning discipline.
• Track execution metrics such as defect leakage, release quality and incident MTTR while aligning business priorities with engineering capacity.

Eligibility

• Capital markets domain expertise (order lifecycle, margining, settlement, DP processes)
• Experience managing multi‑service product environments and regulatory‑driven releases
• Strong stakeholder management across business, engineering and external entities
